A downtown bungalow or a two-bedroom condo is usually 3 movers at $175 an hour. A three-bedroom ranch over 1,800 square feet, or a four-bedroom house, gets 4 movers at $235. A tiny apartment with a few pieces can be done by 2 movers at $145. Minimum time is 3 hours, then 15-minute steps, at the same rate seven days a week. Floor protection, blankets, tape and wardrobe boxes come with the crew; packing materials are billed as used. Read moving cost for more.
Typical Campbell move by home size
For a realistic sense of the total, we pulled the real hours from moves our crews completed between July and October 2026 to build the ranges shown here. The rows describe what is common, not what is guaranteed; the final cost is billed hourly for the time your move actually takes.
| Home size | Crew | Typical hours | Typical cost |
|---|
| Studio | 3 movers, $175/hr | 3 to 4 hours | $525 to $700 |
| 1 bedroom | 3 movers, $175/hr | 3 to 5 hours | $525 to $875 |

Figures use the middle half of billed hours from local moves we completed for direct customers July through October 2026, drive time between homes included, account and full-pack jobs left out. Boxes and other supplies are extra, and no job bills under 3 hours.
Bungalows near downtown with porch steps and limited curb space take a bit longer to load than a condo near the Pruneyard where the building sets the loading spot and elevator.
