Can you hold a moving date before I confirm?

We are flexible about dates, but we cannot hold a reservation without a confirmed date. As soon as you know your date for sure, let us know and we will do our best to fit you in on the day you want.

We only put firm bookings on the calendar, so the date you confirm is really yours. Until then, an open day can be taken by someone who is ready to commit. That is why we encourage people to reply the moment a lease, closing or key date is settled, rather than waiting until the week before. When you do confirm, we send your arrival window: 8-10 AM for the South Bay and Peninsula, or 9-11 AM for San Francisco and the East Bay.

Because there is no deposit, the main thing we need is a firm date. If something changes later, tell us as early as possible. When a booked date needs to move and the new day is open, switching is usually easy, and David sends a revised confirmation.
