Yes. Many of our customers never pick up the phone. Text 1-877-417-6060 and David will answer by text, including sending your quote link. The office is open 7 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
What to put in your first text
- Your preferred move date, and a backup if you have one
- Pickup and drop-off ZIP codes, so drive time can be figured in
- Home size: bedrooms or square footage
- Whether you are packing yourself or want help
- Anything unusual: a piano, a safe, a very heavy piece, lots of stairs
That is enough for a first estimate. The online quote form asks for the same details if you prefer to type it there.
Please skip group texts
Our messaging system cannot see group threads. If a friend or agent adds us to a group chat with you, we will not be able to read your number or reply to everyone. Text us directly from your own phone instead, and we can take it from there. A referring friend or agent is welcome to send us your name so we know to expect you.

Check that you did not text from a group thread. If it was a direct text, call the office during 7 AM to 8 PM.
