Look in your junk or spam folder, then reply or text us. Quote emails sometimes get caught by filters, especially in Outlook and work inboxes. If it is not there, David can text you a direct link to the same quote, which opens fine on a phone.
Where the email usually hides
- Junk or spam. The most common spot. Mark it as not spam so the confirmation and reminder land in your inbox later.
- Outlook Focused / Other tabs. Outlook and Hotmail filter more aggressively than most providers.
- Promotions tab in Gmail. Search for "Spartan" across all mail.
- A typo in the address. One wrong letter sends the quote nowhere. We will read back what we have on file.
- Company email. Corporate firewalls sometimes hold outside mail. A personal address is often easier.
Getting the quote another way
You do not have to wait on email at all. Text or call 1-877-417-6060 and ask for the quote link by text. It is the same page, with your rate, minimum, what is included and how supplies are billed. From there you can read it, save it, and book when you are ready.
To keep the rest of our messages flowing, add our address to your contacts once you find the first email. That way your booking confirmation and the final confirmation three days before the move do not end up in the same filter.
