We do run afternoon starts, with an arrival window of 12 to 4 PM. Because that crew is coming off a morning job, the window is wider and the timing is not something we can guarantee. If your day is flexible, an afternoon slot can work well. If you need certainty, a morning start is the stronger choice.

03How David decides
When you ask for an afternoon, David looks at what the crew has in the morning, how large that job is, and how far it is from your pickup. If it fits, he offers the slot. If the morning move is big, he will tell you a morning start is safer.
An exact hour, like 2 PM on the dot, is hard to promise. If the crew finishes early, we cannot keep them waiting idle until a set time. Either way, they call 30 minutes before they reach you.
