Our discounts come off the moving bill, not storage. Storage is charged as a flat monthly fee, and that fee is never reduced, whether you are a returning customer, a referred friend or a client sent by your real estate agent.

How storage is billed instead
AStorage runs in 30-day periods at one flat monthly amount. It is not prorated, so a partial period is billed as a full one, and the price is the same for every customer. Units are climate-controlled. Because everyone pays the same storage price, no percentage comes off it. Details are on our storage solutions page.
Example: a discounted move into storage
A- Say a small move into storage fits inside the 3-hour minimum with 3 movers: 3 x $175 = $525.
- As a returning customer, you get 7% off that moving total, which is $36.75, so the move costs $488.25.
- Storage then runs at the flat monthly fee, with no discount, for as many 30-day periods as you keep it.
- When you take your things out, the delivery move is billed by the hour again, and your discount applies to that move too.
