Can I reserve a whole truck for a guaranteed delivery date?

A reserved truck suits people with a hard deadline: a closing date, a new job start, kids starting school, or a rental that ends on a fixed day. It also appeals to anyone who simply wants one number and no weigh-in. Families with a lot of furniture sometimes find it easier to budget, because the price does not move with the scale.

Flat-fee moves also have no accessorial charges at delivery for stairs, long carries or elevators, which takes another variable off the table.

It is not the right fit for everyone. A small shipment headed out of state may cost less priced by weight, where you pay for the pounds you ship rather than for the whole truck.
